We do not collect payment card numbers directly. Card payments are processed securely by Paynow, our third-party payment provider.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for at least two years to support customer service requests and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted communications (HTTPS), Firebase Authentication for identity verification, and secure cloud infrastructure. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised CAG Tours staff on a need-to-know basis.
